Production Decorator — Heat Press

Desden decorates officially licensed collegiate products for retailers across the country. We are hiring a Production Decorator to run our heat press line.

What you will do:

• Set up and operate heat press equipment to production standards
• Align and apply transfers to apparel, bags, and accessories
• Inspect finished goods for quality and consistency
• Track output and report material needs
• Keep the press area clean, organized, and safe

What we are looking for:

• Attention to detail — a crooked logo is a rejected order
• Ability to stand and work with your hands for a full shift
• Comfortable in a warm production environment
• Prior press, embroidery, screen print, or manufacturing experience is a plus
