Retail Fulfillment Associate

Desden decorates officially licensed collegiate products for retailers across the country. We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate to pick and pack orders.

What you will do:

• Pick orders accurately from bin and rack locations
• Pack, weigh, and label cartons for retail and direct-to-consumer shipments
• Verify every item against the order before the box is sealed
• Follow each retailer's packing and labeling rules — carton labels, packing slips, case counts
• Stage finished orders by carrier and help load outbound freight
• Restock pick locations and flag short or missing inventory
• Keep your area clean, organized, and safe

What we are looking for:

• Accuracy under a deadline — a wrong item shipped becomes a retailer chargeback
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet through a shift
• Comfortable with a handheld scanner or a basic computer screen, or willing to learn
• Steady attendance, especially through the fall season when volume peaks
• Warehouse, fulfillment, or retail stockroom experience is a plus, but we will train the right person
